Sanshadow Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is an Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) consultancy services company that provides international expertise at competitive Indian rates. We provide a whole range of specialised IP services, designed keeping Indian businesses and universities in mind. We specialise in Patent Extraction and Technology Transfer, using these services to promote IP awareness and foster the growth of innovation in Indian Industry and academics.

We are neither a KPO nor a lawyers’ group. We are a research team in the field of IPR. Supported by highly technically qualified Indian women, technological expertise is Sanshadow’s strength. Providing consultancy on a case to case basis, it also deputes consultants onsite depending upon the clients’ requirements.

Leadership

DR. SHALEEN RAIZADA

Dr. Shaleen Raizada, MD and CEO of Sanshadow Consultants Pvt. Ltd., is a Ph.D in Physics from National Physical Laboratory (NPL) New Delhi. She started her career as a Senior Scientific Officer at TIFAC, Department of Science and technology (DST). She set up IP Departments in various industries like Samtel Group of Companies and Sun Pharma and looked after the IPR of all the group companies. Having dabbled with IPR for over 25 years, Dr. Shaleen Raizada realized there was scope for a service that would bridge the gap between technical and legal side of patent issues. She thus started her own consultancy firm Sanshadow Consultants Pvt. Ltd. to deal with IPR exclusively.

Sanshadow developed into Sanshadow Consultants Pvt. Ltd. on 27th August 2004 and got funded in 2006. She has created portfolios and given strategic input to clients like IIT Kanpur, IIT Roorkee, JNU, Amity, KGMC, ABB, Michelin, Sylvannia, Havells, Su-Kam, CPCB, ONGC and Defence.
